Kate is a local woman who grew up in Mount Carmel with a passion for creating artisan pastries and cakes using her creativity, fresh ingredients, and her local roots. As a graduate from two of the top Culinary schools in Canada; The Stratford Chef School and Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, she has the experience and knowledge to create unique and beautiful desserts for any occasion.
For seven years Kate has been creating and designing specialty cakes and pastries for new and returning clients and expanded her reach into the London and surrounding area.

**Regular Baked Goods (excluding cinnamon buns) are not available throughout the year due to my busy Wedding schedule.
Baked goods can be purchased between November/December during my Christmas Cookie Tin season**

We asked Kate to do something different and we had wedding donuts with a small cake to cut on top and it was amazing the donuts tasted great and we didn't have a single one left by the end of the night our small cake to cut we took home and it only lasted a day everything was perfect highly recommend.
